A BEVERLY HILLS PRODUCTION

VendorWorld

Your own card shop. Without your own card shop.

No lease. No buildout. No kidding.

V
PRIVATE GLASS-FRONT RETAIL UNITS
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA
01 — The premise

Running a card shop usually means signing your life away

A commercial lease. A buildout. Utilities in your name. Staff, or your own body behind the counter six days a week. Most dealers who could run a great shop never open one, because the shop is the part that breaks you — not the cards.

The usual way
  • Multi-year commercial lease, personally guaranteed
  • Buildout, fixtures and signage out of pocket
  • Utilities, internet, alarm, insurance — all yours
  • You are the staff, or you pay for staff
  • Foot traffic is whatever walks past your door
Vendor World
  • Month to month. Leave when you want to.
  • The unit is already built. Move your cases in.
  • One monthly number instead of eight bills
  • A building that keeps its own daily hours
  • Everyone else’s customers walk past your door too
02 — What you actually get

A real shop, with a door you lock

Not a case in someone else's store. Not a shelf you rent. A private retail unit with its own single entry and a glass front, inside a building full of other card shops.

PHOTO — the corridor of glass-front units
  • Private single entry

Your unit, your door, your key. Not a shared floor.

  • Glass storefront

People see your inventory before they walk in, the way a shop is supposed to work.

  • Lockable

Close up and leave your stock where it is.

  • You keep every sale

You ring up your own customers. The mall takes no cut of what you sell.

  • Inside a card mall

Traffic that came for cards, walking past your window all day.

03 — Ask us on the tour

How your shop runs when you're not standing in it

The building keeps daily hours. Exactly how that works for an individual shop is the first thing most dealers ask, and it is a conversation worth having in person rather than a line on a website. Bring it up on your tour.

05 — Built-in traffic

The card shows come to you

Monthly mall-wide card shows bring outside dealers and a crowd through the building. Outside dealers buy a table. You already have one — shop owners take part at no extra charge.

A shop on a side street doesn’t get a crowd delivered to it

A standalone card shop lives and dies on whoever happens to walk past. A shop inside this building gets a recurring, promoted, mall-wide event driving buyers through the door — and you are already inside when they arrive.

Show dates are published on the shows page as they are confirmed.

06 — The questions dealers actually ask

Before you call us

  • No. Each unit is a private, lockable shop with its own single entry and a glass front. You run your own business inside it, set your own prices, and ring up your own sales. The mall takes no commission on what you sell.

Come see it

Walk the corridor, stand inside a unit, and ask every question on your list. No deposit, no paperwork, no pressure.
